US Forest Service Design
I provided UI/UX, web and print design for different units and research stations within the Forest Service including the Climate Change Resource Center, Rocky Mountain Research Station and Sustainable Operations. I worked closely and iteratively with Forest Service project managers to create dynamic, engaging publications and digital tools tailored to specific needs within the organization.

I was the designer and project manager for this 80+ page publication, Water, Climate Change, and Forests. Drawing from my experience in academic publishing, I engineered the structure of the document into a solution that was clear and user-focused.
With over 70 photographs, maps, tables and figures, meticulous project management was essential. I created a clean, functional and eye-catching document grid that efficiently accommodated the length and variety of content. I also provided the client a comprehensive graphic standards guide so an in-house team could easily edit and finalize the document for publishing.
Water, Climate Change, and Forests was printed and distributed nationally to Forest Service and political leaders. The document has played a key role in elevating water resources to an agency priority.
